Shipping Policy

Every emerald we ship travels fully insured, tracked, and signed for. Here is how it works.

Timing

• Ready pieces and loose stones ship within 3 business days of payment clearing.
• Custom pieces ship after the final balance is received. The production timeline for your piece is stated in writing when your order is confirmed, and we keep you updated throughout.
• You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

United States

Domestic orders ship by FedEx, fully insured with signature required on delivery. Typical transit time is 2 to 5 business days, and an adult signature is required for release.

International

We ship internationally via FedEx by arrangement. Import duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, shipping and return costs are deducted from any refund.

Packaging and insurance

Every shipment travels via FedEx, packed to jewelry-industry standards and insured for its full value to the point of delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs: admin@casadeesmeraldas.com.
